With Sainer by Etam Cru, The Crystal Ship has secured a real stunner. Their gigantic works full of colour, detail and technique are acclaimed within the art world, but also far beyond. Sainer descended alone to Ostend and designed a dark but colourful still life that leans towards impressionism. A landscape plucked straight from the Flemish polders and flowers enrich the foreground. The purple and green colours blend perfectly with the colours of the building and the park around it.
