Paola Delfín’s work is difficult to miss. This Mexican artist, who finds beauty and inspiration in everyday life, created a technical tour de force in a mural all of forty metres tall and featuring three portraits of people she met in Ostend. One of them is Tineke Decroos, community worker for that neighbourhood.
