Helen Bur, a youngster but an established figure in street art, has painted Ostend portraits in our streets before. Now she received a very special commission. In early 2020, it was announced that rock singer and phenomenon Arno was suffering from pancreatic cancer and this news hit hard, even for the curator of The Crystal Ship Bjørn Van Poucke. British Helen Bur, known for her dreamy works, therefore paid an impressive tribute to the singer at Ostend town hall. The sculpture radiates all emotion. Arno died in 2022.
